   Wenzhou yazhan Artificial leather co.,ltd is Established on 25 July 2002, the company is a Sino-foreign joint venture company with the registered capital of USD 2 million, the total assets at the end of 2006 of RMB 98.76 million Yuan, and a land area of over 22,000 m2. It is located in No. 4899, Binhai Sandao, Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The company now has 210 employees and 3 dry and 3 wet totaling 6 advanced PU leather production lines, equipped with spray coating machine, roller coating machine, knife coating machine, three-plate printing press, screen printing press, cold pressing machine, planographic film pressing machine, and more than 60 embossing rollers in the post treatment workshop. The company has a troop of work-respecting research personnel with powerful and professional technological ability and specialized talents such as production and technique technicians.
The company is specialized in producing high and middle class shoe leather, garment leather, luggage leather, sofa leather and furniture leather etc. products. Through introducing special technology and raw materials from home and abroad, after post treatment, the laboratory can research and develop more than 60 kinds of special products every year. Especially high gloss crystal leather, special oil film leather and artificial leather are manufactured into synthetic leather after being rolled and processed for many times, which have been favored in the market with the reduced cost and the enhanced product quality, reaching an annual production capacity of more than 4 million meters. With excellent product quality, complete specifications and varieties and sincere service, our products can satisfy demands of customers from home and abroad.

II. Brand strategy:
To push forward the development strategy of “cultivating brand and promoting quality”, our company started to create brand enterprise in 2006 and passed ISO2001:9000 quality system certification in January 2007. Now it is preparing for passing the standard system GB/T15496-2003 and the metering inspection system (JJF1112-2003). In 2006, the total industrial output value was RMB 121.84 million Yuan with the output of 4,794.15 tons, which both ranked No. 25 in Wenzhou synthetic leather industry. It was appraised as First Star-rating Enterprise by Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone with its total tax paid of RMB 4.12 million Yuan.
III. Quality system construction: 
By keeping to the management conception of “human oriented, constructing harmony, enterprising and innovating, making stronger and better”, applying scientific management method and modern information network, based on the gathering effect of “China Synthetic Leather Capital”, the company makes all efforts to create vigorous and harmonious enterprise. It has 3 quality control personnel, 5 quality inspectors, 3 metering management personnel and 1 standard management employee. Safe production is the basis of an enterprise and product quality is the life line of an enterprise. We carry out “three guarantees” and “three promises” in product quality: “Three guarantee”: guaranteed quality, refund and replacement. “Two promises”: we promise to provide qualified products for customers and promise to provide high quality service for customers. At the same time, we also establish a system for registering and dealing with customer suggestions on product quality, which is in the charge of sales department and quality control members, so as to guarantee that our company can get improvement in quality, price, delivery date and after-sales service of products to get reliance from customers and find a foothold in the market.
IV. Education and training of employees:
Since 2006, we have organized and developed education (trainings) relating to enhancing ideological education, vocational ethics education, law education and accident preventing education, as well as professional skills training etc. for 11 times, in which, we invite teachers from outside for 4 times, and organize by ourselves for 7 times, with 400 persons trained. After the trainings, the comprehensive quality of personnel has been enhanced and the soft strength of the enterprise has been promoted.
